Greek-Style Tuna Salad

Tuna salad has always been one of my go-to lunches—quick, full of protein, and incredibly versatile. But with a few Mediterranean upgrades, it becomes something truly special. This Greek-style tuna salad is creamy, fresh, and bursting with zesty flavor, thanks to dill, lemon, and tangy yogurt.

Serve it in pita, on toast, with crackers, or over crisp lettuce—it’s a refreshing lunch or snack, perfect for warm weather.

🥣 Ingredients (Serves 6)

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2% preferred)

  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

  • ½ tsp dried dill weed (or 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped)

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

  • 2 celery stalks, roughly chopped

  • 1 cucumber, roughly chopped

  • ½ red onion, diced

  • 2 cans (7 oz each) tuna, drained
