Apple Cake with Vanilla Pudding in 10 Minutes (Prep)

 

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

  • Grease a springform pan with a little butter.

Step 2: Make the Batter

  • In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter, vanilla sugar, sugar, and a pinch of salt until creamy.

  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Step 3: Add the Dry Ingredients

  • Mix in the flour, baking powder, and vanilla pudding powder.

  • Gradually add the milk while stirring until a smooth batter forms.

Step 4: Prepare the Apples

  • Wash, peel, and core the apples.

  • Cut them into slices or chunks, depending on your preference.

Step 5: Combine & Bake

  • Gently fold the apple pieces into the batter with a spatula.

  • Pour the mixture into the prepared springform pan.

  • Bake on the middle rack for 40–50 minutes, or until golden and cooked through (test with a toothpick).


🍽️ Serving Suggestion

Serve warm or cooled, dusted with powdered sugar, or with a dollop of whipped cream. This cake pairs beautifully with coffee or tea for an afternoon treat.
