Creamy Milk Cake

Instructions

  1. Prepare the oven and pan
    Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan with butter or margarine.

  2. Beat the eggs
    In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.

  3. Add the liquids
    Mix in coconut milk and regular milk until well combined. Stir in sugar if using.

  4. Incorporate condensed milk
    Whisk thoroughly until smooth.

  5. Add butter
    Stir in the melted butter or margarine.

  6. Add flour
    Gradually sift in flour, mixing gently to avoid lumps.

  7. Bake the cake
    Pour the batter into the greased pan and spread evenly.
    Bake 30–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  8. Cool and serve
    Let the cake cool slightly in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
    Slice and serve once cooled.
