Easy Shepherd’s Pie

Preheat Oven – Set oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Potato Mixture – In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes with cream cheese, garlic, and ½ cup of cheddar cheese.

Prepare Filling – In another bowl, combine the browned beef, mixed vegetables, and beef gravy.

Assemble – Spread the beef and vegetable mixture evenly in a 9-inch square baking dish. Top with the mashed potato mixture.

Top with Cheese – Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the potatoes.

Bake – Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, until the top is golden and the casserole is heated through.

Serve – Let cool slightly, then scoop and enjoy!
