In a 13×9-inch baking dish, combine beef, soup, gravy mix, onion soup mix, & water.
Stir until well combined.
Step 2: Bake Without Peeking
Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake for 3 hours—do not remove foil or check during cooking!
Step 3: Serve & Enjoy
Remove from oven, stir & serve hot over mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or rice.
