Sweet Potato Cheesecake Pie

 
1️⃣PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F
PREPARE THE CRUST: Bake the crust for 15 minutes until toasted.
2️⃣PREPARE THE FILLING: BEAT CREAM CHEESE UNTIL SMOOTH . ADD 1/2 CUP SUGAR, 1 EGG, 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT, 1/3 CUP HEAVY CREAM.
3️⃣IN A SEPARATE BOWL MIX SWEET POTATOES, 2 EGGS, 1�TSP VANILLA EXTRACT, 1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER CINNAMON, AND NUTMEG.
4️⃣POUR 1 LAYER OF CHEESECAKE FILLING INTO CRUST FOLLOWED BY 1 LAYER OF SWEET POTATO FILLING. DRIZZLE CREAM CHEESE FILLING OVER THE TOP OF THE SWEET POTATO LAYER TO CREATE WHICHEVER DESIGN YOU WISH.
5️⃣BAKE FOR 45-50 MINUTES OR UNTIL SET.
6️⃣CHILL IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 4 HOURS.
SERVE COLD & ENJOY!
