Ingredients

  • 200g high-quality white chocolate

  • 150g fresh or frozen raspberries

  • 100g granulated sugar

  • 100g unsalted butter (softened)

  • 200ml heavy cream

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 50g all-purpose flour

  • Pinch of salt
